Since 1986, DEIMA has been dedicated to the manufacture of prototypes of machines and equipment to optimize production lines in the automotive, railway, pharmaceutical, electronics and packaging sectors.
We offer our customers the possibility to customize to the maximum the prototypes we design, so that we can adjust with great precision to their needs and requirements. Thanks to the prototypes developed and manufactured by DEIMA, companies can optimize their production processes, can assemble products or parts with great precision, can maximize the performance of their plant and are able to detect flaws or malfunctions without margin of error.
To which sectors do we offer our services?
We take care of everything from project management to prototype start-up.
Unlike other engineering companies, at DEIMA we manage all the projects internally: from design to commissioning at the customer’s facilities. This capacity to develop internally each of the phases offers us the possibility to have an exhaustive control of the traceability. In this way, we can guarantee the maximum quality of the prototype to the customer. In DEIMA we have different departments with qualified professionals capable of carrying out the different phases of conceptual design, detail engineering, mechanical engineering, electricity and automation, customized software, in-house manufacturing, assembly and commissioning. In DEIMA’s production process we incorporate virtual reality in order to be more efficient and detect errors or malfunctions in the project phase, before moving on to the manufacturing of the prototype. Virtual reality allows us to save time and resources, at the same time that it assures us that the prototype we manufacture will work as expected, since it has previously allowed us to verify that it does not cause errors.
